Climb Stronger — 6 Weeks
Long sweet spot climbs, big-gear strength and hill repeats. Four rides a week.
Who it's for: riders getting ready for a mountain trip, a hilly event or simply faster climbing.
What you'll do: four rides a week, 30 minutes to 2.5 hours. Low-cadence tempo builds pedalling strength, long sweet spot efforts at climbing cadence build the engine for Alpine passes, and over-unders and hill repeats teach you to handle the steep ramps. Week 4 is lighter.
What to expect: steadier pacing on long climbs and more power when the road kicks up. The best part: ride the climbing sessions on a real climb from the catalogue and train on the roads you are preparing for.
