Delete Your Account
What deleting your account does
Deleting your BigRingVR account is permanent. Once processed, you will lose access to the app and website and the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile — name, email, password, and details such as country, weight and FTP
- Your ride and activity history, and any leaderboard entries
- Your saved settings and preferences
What we keep, and why
For legal and accounting reasons we retain a limited set of financial records — such as invoices, payment/transaction IDs, amounts and dates — even after your account is deleted. We keep these:
- to comply with tax and accounting law (typically for up to 7 years), and
- to resolve any billing disputes or chargebacks if you contact us later about a payment.
These records are kept to the minimum needed for those purposes and are deleted or anonymized once no longer required. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
If you currently pay for a subscription, please cancel it first so you are not billed again — deleting your account does not automatically stop future billing. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period; partial periods are not refunded.
Please sign in to request deletion
For your security you must be signed in to request account deletion. Signing in lets us confirm the request genuinely comes from the account owner, so that no one can request deletion of an account that isn't theirs.
Can't sign in?
If you're unable to sign in, email us at bigringvr@bigringvr.com from the email address on the account you want deleted. We require the request to come from that address so we can verify it is genuinely you before we delete anything — this protects your account from someone else requesting its deletion.
